Dr. Irene Siegel will be offering a free live online meditation, via Zoom, geared towards personal and planetary healing. The event will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time, on Friday evenings, for the duration of our crisis. The meditation will last for approximately 30 minutes, following introduction and discussion. We will begin with the basics of deep breathing and meditation, and then expand into the spiritual light of a greater consciousness. If you are new to meditation, just surrender to the experience and learn new skills. If you are an experienced meditator then you will have the experience of greater consciousness and higher will based in expanded awareness. As we learn these skills then we can bring comfort and inner support into our outer world experience of chaos and fear. Find your inner guidance and see how you are lead through this time of crisis. We will be focusing our awareness and setting an intention for healing across the planet. As we bring consciousness to ourselves, we have the potential to shift planetary consciousness, impacting on the health and wellbeing of all living things on our sacred Earth.

This is an online virtual opportunity for meditation and ceremony to create a conscious vision of our future on a personal and planetary level, based in higher conscious awareness. The Winter Solstice is usually an important time of recognition that the shortest day of the year, the beginning of Winter, will now lead us into a cycle of light. It is a time to plant the seeds for that which needs to blossom in the Spring. This coming Winter Solstice is of monumental importance. The astrological configuration will heighten the intensity of change. The end of 2012 was the end of time. We stepped out of linear time and space and many have been awakening to higher awareness. Now, that which is in our physical world that no longer supports the growth of the human species, will continue to fall away. The new has not shown itself yet. Our future is in our hands.
